IPO Watch
Private companies on the road to a public listing: where each one stands, its last private valuation, and what has to happen before it can list. Below them, the dates insiders at newly listed companies can start selling, and the latest sourced news on the names being watched.
ON THE WATCH LIST
Anthropic
Reported on September 14, 2026 to have picked Nasdaq for a planned listing, and on September 15 to be moving forward with a $2 trillion IPO. The step reported before that was a $15 billion pre-IPO credit facility, which the coverage described as following SpaceX's own playbook of arranging a large revolver before going public. No filing date or listing date has been reported.
Axiom Space
No filing exists yet, but The Information reported in June 2026 that Axiom is planning an IPO that could come within a year. The path to public markets runs through getting its first module on orbit and showing revenue beyond ISS missions.
Relativity Space
No formal IPO timeline announced. The company pivoted from the small Terran 1 to the larger Terran R; a public offering realistically follows a successful Terran R debut rather than preceding it.
Sierra Space
No public filing has been announced and no date is set. Dream Chaser's first orbital flight is the catalyst that would open the IPO window; the timeline slipped after CEO Tom Vice departed in January 2025.
Stoke Space
Still private and raising heavily rather than listing: it closed a $1 billion Series E in September 2026, taking its total raised to $2.3 billion. An IPO is unlikely before Nova demonstrates full-stack reusability.
A valuation here is the last private round, not a price you can trade. Pre-IPO shares reach retail through special-purpose vehicles (SPVs) with stacked fees; each company's page carries the warning. Nothing on SpaceDew is financial advice.
