Government Releases 75 UAP Files in Sixth Batch on PURSUE Portal

The Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters published its sixth release on September 18, 2026, adding 75 files to the portal. With it, the portal held 450 files across six releases; a seventh release followed on October 23, 2026.
The new batch includes 59 documents, 15 videos, and 1 audio recording. Of the 75 files, 67 come from the Department of War and 8 from local law enforcement agencies. Incident years named in the release span from 1952 to 2025.
Several of the indexed files relate to Project Blue Book and the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program, known as AAWSAP. Among them are DOW-UAP-D102, a Project Blue Book file on the Tremonton, Utah incident of July 2, 1952, which the index says concerns a principal witness named Delbert C. Newhouse, a U.S. Navy Warrant Officer. Also listed is DOW-UAP-D154, described as a transcript of a March 1952 presentation by Captain Edward J. Ruppelt on Air Force UFO investigation methods.
Several AAWSAP records also appear in the index. DOW-UAP-D110 and DOW-UAP-D111 are described as administrative records tied to the Defense Intelligence Agency program, which was active from 2008 to 2012 and covered 12 technical research areas. DOW-UAP-D117 and DOW-UAP-D129 are listed as Defense Intelligence Reference Documents, part of a set of 38 DIRDs produced under AAWSAP, covering topics including metallic glasses and metallic spintronics.
The files are available through the PURSUE portal at war.gov/UFO.
